Microsoft Zune Hacked: Apps And Games Can Now Be Developed!
Posted on 18. Apr, 2010 by dimaks in Technology
It looks like the Microsoft Zune hack issue is true and three developers made a toolkit to bypass Microsoft’s restriction to develop applications and games for Zune digital music player. Glenn Anderson, one of the developers told wired.com that “People can now bypass all of Microsoft’s limitations and develop for the platform.â€
The Zune OpenZDK Toolkit allows programmers to create application – the first of its kind that works.
For now, OpenZDK toolkit allows users to make applications that are comparable to Microsoft’s originally published PGR: Ferrari Edition and Audiosurf Tilt.
Since OpenZDK toolkit is fresh from launching, it is best to head on to OpenZDK wiki for related guides or steps on getting started.
