Today, the AppleInsider reported about the release of Google Chrome Beta for Mac Web browser.
The advent of Google Chrome for Mac has been under intense anticipation after the beta release of its Windows counterpart. The Chrome for Mac is supposed to be released in the first half of 2009 but for some reasons, it got delayed for quite a long time. There was an embarrassment on the Mac company due to the absence of Chrome on the Mac platform. To this effect that the Google founder Sergey Brin set a goal to finish and release the beta version of Chrome for Mac before the year 2009 ends.
You may now Download Google Chrome Beta for Mac directly from Google. The file size is around 17.6mb and requires Mac OS X 10.5 or later, running exclusively on Intel processors.
