Like you, I've been a Firefox user for more than 7 years now. The first time I tried it was stilled called Phoenix. I don't know what I'll do without Firefox and my favorite add-ons. I hope they'd come up with a mobile version to compete with Opera. I use Opera for browsing on my phone which is way better than PIE (Pocket Internet Explorer). Can't wait for Firefox 3 to be released. Although I won't be downloading and installing it right away, coz of add-on compatibility issues.
