The Top 10 CNN Heroes of 2009 awardees were revealed each hour by CNN’s Anderson Cooper on Thursday before an 11 p.m. “AC360″ special. the top 10 list features remarkable individuals “nominated by viewers for their sacrifices and accomplishments” and was announced Thursday on CNN.
