I got an email buzz some weeks ago regarding an inquiry about top review centers in the Philippines and I was not able to respond right away. I got a draft hibernating in my archive though, but I cannot seem to tailor it right to my taste on writing so I left it undone for a while. I hope that I can give justice to such an inquiry today.
