Geodetic Engineer Licensure Examination Results, Sept. 2008

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced few days ago the Geodetic Engineer Licensure Examination Results. The exam was given by the Board of Geodetic Engineering in Manila this September 2008. The PRC announced that 135 out of 386 examinees passed the Geodetic Engineer Licensure Examination.
For your information, the September 2008 Geodetic Engineer Licensure Examination Results released in just one (1) day.
The members of the Board of Geodetic Engineering who gave the licensure examination are the following: Engr. Benjamin O. Mindajao, Chairman; Engr. Restituto U. Bautista and Pedro L. Noble.
Unfortunately, I am legally bounded not to publish the names of the Successful Board Passers of the said Geodetic Engineering Board Exam Passers, hence all I can do is direct you to PRC’s Official Board Passers announcement page.

Its not really clear to me what a geodetic engineer does b/c I haven’t seen such programs at US universities. I imagine its a bit like geology and civil engineering combined…. and maybe architecture, too. I guess there’s an advantage to combining the disciplines.

you hit it right by saying “..bit like geology and civil engineering combined“. they specialize more on geological surveys and engineering. strange how this profession does not seem to exist even in the US, or maybe they are merged with other engineering professions already and not as a distinct one.

Wil & Dmaks – if you’re frm manila, maybe u cn pass by UP Dil and ask for the Prospectus of GE so that u cn hav the birds eyeview of wat GE is all about. in Mindanao-Wemsu, in Cebu-CIT, In Leyte-EVSU & VSU,in Bohol UB.
