Tuesday iftar
Posted on 11. Oct, 2006 by dimaks in Life
This is my iftar yesterday (10.10.2006) at around 6:30pm: grilled fish, stuffed with mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, bell pepper and cabbage. The sauce was made up of plain mayonnaise, chili sauce, soy sauce and black pepper powder. It took me 3 loaves of breads to eat the half of this serving, took an apple and yogurt as desserts and there my fasting break is concluded for that day.
To do this, in case you’re interested, the steps are rather simple. Just prepare the said things mentioned above, slice them to the shapes you like (or just don’t slice them), prepare the sauce, pour it all over the fish and veges then wrap with aluminum foil. Your grilling pan will do the rest.
