The difference between a fake smile and a real smile. Can you tell?

Most people are surprisingly bad at spotting fake smiles. One possible explanation for this is that it may be easier for people to get along if they don’t always know what others are really feeling.
I did the test and got 9 out of 20. What a bad score, hehe. But at least, just a point away from the half. Let’s see how you do with it.

I think the real smile is accompanied by eyes that twinkle. When its only the mouth that smiles, then there’s something wrong.
Pero yung smile before the camera .. the say-cheese smile … how does that rate?

I got 16 out of 20. I just based my answer on their eyes and kung pano gumalaw yung mukha. I just realized na mahirap pala talagang madistinguish kung fake o genuine yung smile ng isang tao.

i got 15 out of 20 dimaks, which means that i was kinda right all the time–the eyes give one away.

I Got 15 also!!!
My clue was the lips. when they are already smiling or about to smile before the start to to smile then it is true.

Yay, 14 out of 20. I labeled 3 genuine smiles fake, and 3 fake smiles genuine.

it was tricky since they turn serious right away. anyway i got 15. eyes are a total give away..

Gheez! I only got 13 out of 20. But definitely, I agree that the eyes give it all out.

hey! i was glad to read this post. funny coz a few months back, i came across this test and if i remember correctly, i got a 13. gee! i never realized it’s that hard to distinguish a genuine smile.

Hello! I believe eyes show everything and fake as well. I got good results (in my opinion)-15.
