Some updates

Folks, I might be able to post entries occasionally (where mostly, they are drafts written for some days ago), but sorry if I cannot be able to respond to your comments as I do before. Student life is becoming tougher
…research progress presentation every week, study Japanese language, academic subject, reading articles and journals.. I say, I’m under fire. But that’s what this chosen endeavor have to undergo, so maybe it’s just right to say, “let’s get it on!”
By the way, we just had our Tsukuba International Festival last week (May 12-13, 2007). This is a yearly event in the Tsukuba, Ibaraki Prefecture where international groups and organizations, including of course Japanese folks, participate – usually, each country mans a booth where they cook and sell some national cuisine, as well as handicrafts. On the last day, there was a cultural presentation through music and dances. And as the famous entry, the Philippine group performed Tinikling, Maglalatik and Malong Dance.
Although days before the event was really toxic, and some rice cookers we brought did not seem to cooperate (hilaw ang kanin, hehe), the first day gave us a partial pay-off – Adobo was sold out. That left the picadillo to be sold again the next day.
And of course, the event would not be compete without the photos, so here are some of them.
