Planning to Visit a Dermatologist

I have been planning to visit a derma clinic since 2 months ago because of some itchiness that I feel on my left arm, especially every after long exposure to sunlight.
I don’t know if it has come to skin disease stage but I am really bothered by it. It looks like a white spot with red ring-like mark around it. It itches when exposed to the sun and seemingly getting wider as time goes by. About a year ago, I had this going away. It was when I came to Japan for a few years of research study. Perhaps weather has something to do with?
A Brazilian friend once showed me his medicine called Acneticin and he shared similar experience as mine. He said that the he too suffered the same skin itchiness and he even applied ointments on his affected skin, but he got no significant effects. Too bad I did not ask him to try it.
Well, let’s see if I can take time with this busy schedule of mine at the office. For the past days, I have been bringing my cute little umbrella to ward off my affected arm from direct sunlight. I might just try some internal medicines to address my skin issue.
