Are you a smoking and obese woman? Quite a ridiculous question but better lend your attentive eyes and know what does it do if you are one.
Prof Richard Sharpe of the Queen’s Medical Research Institute in Edinburgh warns that according to a review of the available evidences, women who smoke and are overweight can cause some serious threat to their future babies to be born. It is said that smoking can disrupt the natural development and thereby reduce sperm counts of the upcoming offspring. The process takes place inside the woman’s womb – the sperm production is gravely disturbed and affected.
Hence on the above mentioned facts, a mother’s lifestyle affects the future sperm production of their later generations, which eventually leads to the fact that:
Low sperm count is an increasing problem among young European men.
This is an interesting find considering the widespread issues on pregnancy worldwide. So I think, no matter how you take prenatal vitamins, you still put your future son or daughter into crystal clear danger if you got smoking as one of your bad habits.
