National Margarita Day 2010. In some part of the world, the National Margarita Day 2010 is celebrated on Monday, that’s yesterday in my side of the globe and it’s all about a popular cocktail drink named Margarita – “the most popular tequila-based cocktail in the U.S.,â€. National Margarita Day is of course a salute to Margarita.
Margarita Day can be celebrated in many ways like trying new things to prepare margarita servings. This includes trying different ingredient ratios, new margarita colors and even making margarita based dessert.
For the curious minds, the Margarita cocktail drink was invented in 1948 by socialite Margarita Sames. Margarita was considered as the top mixed drink in 2008 according to Food Channel.
Well,I did not know until today that there such a thing as National Margarita Day.
