Losing Weight After Giving Birth
Posted on 26. Apr, 2010 by dimaks in Life
I don’t know if I am the right person to talk about this issue but perhaps I can share a few insights, since I am a married person and have witnessed quite lots of related cases.
You see, my wife already gave birth to 2 kids and surely, loosing the accumulated weight during pregnancy is a gargantuan task. Many would resort to weight loss pills though, even doctors do not recommend taking them. Almost every person you ask would advise you to take the natural way and avoid medical options for health related reasons.
There have been some sort of dilemmas going on with the mothers around. For one, they are torn between taking care of their newly born and performing basic physical exercises. To solve this issue, they definitely need some manpower assistance.
Things got to be executed quickly and so they are forced to choose the instant things. Sometimes they take instant foods just to get passed the demand of time and unknowingly, it affects their health big time. I think only few mothers got the pretty time to at least cook or eat naturally. If you are a small and start-up family, you really don’t have the wide range of choices.
This leads to unwanted weight gain and to our simple knowledge, mothers hate them. They want to get rid of the thing but there are many factors hindering them. Plus I think, there is this natural food craving that seem to surface after giving birth. I am not sure how scientific it is but I heard it from some relatives. Do you agree?
How about you? What are your issues after giving birth?
