13 Year Old Teen To Climb Everest

13 year old Jordan Romero from California climbs Mt. Everest. Jordan Romero, a 13 Year Old Teen is set to start his journey on Sunday to climb Everest. Romero already climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa and Mount McKinley in Alaska, among many other mountains.
If Jordan Romero makes it to the top, he will be breaking the record of a 16-year-old Nepali boy, Temba Tsheri Sherpa who is now holding the record of being the youngest climber of Mount Everest. Jordan said that this is just a goal for now. If he fail, he would surely try it again.
Jordan Romero revealed that if he makes it to the summit of the highest mountain in the world, he plans to take a small piece of rock from up there and wear it in a necklace.
Romero will be taking the northeast ridge route to the top of Everest. He will be among the more than 4,000 climbers of Everest, should he make it.
