This is a cool. I am not a student (unless you mean of life where one is enrolled for .. what else .. life).
I do some of these memory aids — writing things down on paper or on my phone. Memory melding too. And yes, most of all not multitasking which simply means ‘focusing.’

Nice tips. That’s why I failed from the above when I was still at school. I tend to multitask kasi even up until now. I don’t stay focus and I lost balance, minsan, I don’t even know what to do first.
I’m trying to fill in my notepad on my iphone, short reminders , basically about the basic necessities such as when and what bills to pay, etc.

they say that the human mind cannot lost a memory, you just have to trigger it to remember or recall the data stored in it, so maybe those noting and all the reminding things are the ways to do it. makes sense.
and sometimes we need to multi-task

i guess the best thing to make things stick to your head is get it in the best way your mind can accomodate like ifyou are a visuallearner try to draw it or if you are an auditory onelisten to yourself recite it.if you can figure out your learning style, chances are things will stick better in your memory because the wayyou got it in fits you.

So, taking memory enhancers doesn’t help? Haha.
Isn’t it a result of vitamin deficiency?
