How to Lose 6 lbs in One Week

Just some thoughts on dieting. My wife had this archived many months ago and it listed some diet tips that she did in the past. In this post, I will try to elaborate on what I learned from the compilation. Without further ado, here they are:
- Eat only fish or fruit
- Don’t eat bread or rice.
- No fried food at all, too much oil is scary. So just try it, when you feel hungry I suggest you to take fruit of juice, and if possible, have a bite or two once every 30 minutes of fruits so you won’t feel hungry easily. At first it feels hard but after a week or two you’ll get used to it.
- My wife used this kind of diet before and she lost 6 kilos in just a month.
- She always prepare steamed fish and some mushroom and eat them without rice or bread. She eat like 2 or 3 slices of papayas and one apple a day. But I guess it depends on your body also, if you’re weak I don’t suggest you do this kind of diet. Of course you have to do workouts, at least 3 times a week. Or you can eat like 5 or 6 spoonfuls only in the morning with meat and vegetables.
- Oats is good but don’t eat it with milk. I think it will be better to take it with skimmed milk or honey.
In closing, I think it is best to say that whatever diets that work on you, don’t change it. Good luck on your diet practice and may this post increase your knowledge or maybe give you additional diet tips that work.
