This is true, Dimaks. In my gym, we’re encouraged to eat a banana before our workout. It’s a good substitute for a protein bar. And will keep us going during the next 1 hour or so.

    Have a great weekend! :)

    I prefer making them a shake :)

    Now that’s what I call ‘green.’ :P

I often see these banana guys as smileys on some forums. They’re kinda cute. I like bananas; sometimes, we make “ginang-gang” at home (do you know that?).
    —————-
Actually, the graphics I used in here came from the forums, hehe. I don’t know “ginang-gang” in particular :)

Potassium is also a beneficial nutrient we get from bananas.

Dimaks, seen the header you made for Anna… *jealous* :(

So move over apples, bananas are here to stay. Make that old saying — one (apple) banana a day keeps the doctor away.

I have always preferred bananas (over apples) not only because we don’t have to import them but because they are definitely mas masarap.

Anyway, we’re in business, dimaks. Have you seen the reactions to my new header? :) :)

Yes, saw the comments. Sounds like a business lol.

Banana Split is yummier than peeling it fresh from the table. Those are true facts about bananas. Now I want one.

They are good desserts :) I like them with condensed milk.

I have a post about bedtime foods and bananas are in that list. Bananas contain a bit melatonin and serotonin and also magnesium which is a muscle relaxant.

Hope you had a good weekend. :D

There is some sort of give and take on that part I think :) —energy source, as well as relaxant
