Here Comes E-Cigarettes! Puff Electronically

You heard it right! There are already these electric cigarettes that could help you in solving your long time gargantuan task on how to reduce health risk from smoking tobacco and by what method or technique. It is time to switch to the electronic way of puffing a cigar, without tobacco.
From what I read around, the said gadget is rechargeable and emits only nicotine as a mist. There is even a USB e-cig and it looks like the image below.
I think electric cigarettes is just a technology by the name and is not a one-stop solution to smoking habit. The fact that it still emits nicotine, it is still harmful. In fact, eCigs or eCigarettes are still unapproved drugs in the US due to lack of scientific testing and proofs. Some bars also prohibit their goers from using the device, until an official statement from the right authority comes out declaring the safe usage of such in public places.
