Watch dancing inmates Michael Jackson tribute video. This tribute video for the late king of pop Michael Jackson was untiringly performed and delivered to us by the famous dancing inmates of Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (CPDRC), supervised by warden Byron Garcia. The 1,500 CPDRC inmates performed this dance number on the 27th of June 2009, in loving memory of Michael Jackson.
What is amazing is that, the Dancing Inmates Michael Jackson Tribute Dance Video was completed in 10 hours after learning the untimely demise of the King of Pop, MJ, the brilliant composer of the 1980s popular song tribute for Africa – “We Are The World”.
