Last week, we went to JUSCO supermarket to buy some groceries and house stuffs. Wifey, Kito and I coincidentally felt hungry so we ended up going for pizza at Shakey’s. Upon arriving, the waiter greeted us and spoke of so many things (in Japanese of course), which I did not bother to comprehend all. All I clearly understood was that, the afternoon viking (that’s what they call for eat all you can) will be starting shortly for roughly around 30 minutes. We decided not to wait for it and went in instead and picked our orders.
After a few rounds of flipping the menu pages, we ordered the “Pizza Hero” and the one with tuna toppings. And of course, fried chicken for Kito. Here is the “Pizza Hero” - beef toppings plus lots of veges.
My wife’s taste bud was not satisfied but we managed to eat all up. I mean, I was asked to finish the remaining 3 slices hehe. Next is the one with tuna toppings, with lots of corns. Wifey remarked that nothing beats Philippine’s pizza compared to these.
A shot of the lamps hanging by the ceiling. I just loved the perspective so I took a shot of it.
And this one caught me! So when the waitress came back after taking our orders, I politely asked if I could take a photo of her ID, whereby she agreed. In fact she was worried if I was going to include her face in the photo, so I said no, I am only interested with the ID. Here it is! Wanna have some?

It looks delicious and HUGE.
I am not sure Dimaks (Kito?), Pizza isn’t really that “stimulating” to my tastebuds, maybe it’s the thin crisp bread or the choice of toppings? If it’s pepperonis, I can munch half as much of a slice as possible but I’d much rather get the chili-dog with a smear of mayo on one side, mustard on the other add pickle relish from Jollibee.
Hahaha inayawan ang Pizza post. Sorry. I mean really Shakey’s doesn’t exists here in HK anymore.
** Thanks for creating a lomo image out of my picture. Ang galeng mo!

Simon,
and I would be glad to taste one of those NZ pizzas.
I did not like the idea of putting too many sweet corns as toppings
FUN, yeah, I almost ordered a dozen.

even if our pizzas are good, i am still open to other types. i like corn very much, i wonder how a pizza topped with corn would taste.
