Simon Cowell To Leave American Idol

Video – Simon Cowell to leave American Idol and start his own show?
The news broke some days ago about the British talent and entertainment show master (Britain’s Got Talent and X-Factor) that he may leave American Idol for good. Still uncertain as of today but Simon revealed his inclination towards departing from the American based talent scouting show.
Personally, I think Simon Cowell holds a very significant role in Idol and he brings more life to it. Should he decide to leave, there will be a loss of exciting twist to the show.
Here is what Simon has to say regarding his dilemma on which show has to go from his list:
Most people do one show a year and I do three and they involve a lot of traveling. One may have to go,” Cowell, 49, told the paper on Saturday. “I don’t know which one. That is the problem, I like all of them. I can’t imagine not doing ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ and I can’t imagine not doing ‘X Factor.’ But I guess America is more likely to go because I have got one year under contract. Maybe that will be the end.

American Idol will never be the same without Simon. His harsh critics is the only reality of the show. I am sure the contestants will miss his comments on their performances. I hope that Ellen does not disappoint the viewers and audiences with her participation as an Idol judge. High expectation.
