Miss Universe 2010 Results. We all anxiously waited for the Miss Universe 2010 live stream and predicted many over the lucky Miss Universe 2010 candidates but in the end, it is Miss Mexico Jimena Navarrette of Mexico who took the crown and will reign as the Miss Universe 2010.
