Also in this episode, the participants met at Ali Agua Dulce Airpark Ranch and listened to the announcement of their next challenges. They were surprised when told that they are going to engage in a full-time job – 8 hour work shift and they have to commute by bus.

Moreover, Sunshine and her father O’Neal got the time for bonding after a workout. They reminisced many things in their past including how they got their unwanted weights.

Perhaps there are lots of challenges along the way and there seemingly no short cut for the players. No one will be pushed to buy those quick trim burn and cleanse products just to lose weight and pull an edge over other competitors. They have to walk the long way.
