    hmm career sounds a bit complicated …lets say, future sideline? hehe.. veges con calamaro (res) counts as one :D

    @tina
    smart and easy pick huh.. yeah, i did it on my own and i’ve been forcibly cooking (the price of being away from home) since april last year (2006). oh wait, yes i bought myself an oriental cookbook :roll:

    And here I am thinking that you went there to study Engineering and not on how to become a chef. :D Sabagay, maybe it can be a sideline.. lol

    I am actually trying not to be monotonous with my stay here in Japan. There were a couple of other things I intended to do in my early days here; joining martial arts and calligraphy club. But then, my intensive jap language course hampered it. So many things, less time.

    Salamat sa pagbisita sa site ko =)

    Hindi kasi ko kumakain ng seafoods eh but my sis saw the pic and she said that it looks delicious daw, do you have plans on becoming a chef? lol, and mahilig ka ba talaga mag experiment?

    You’re welcome! becoming a chef sounds too ambitious i guess. tama na siguro ang matutong magluto :) at oo, mahilig ako mag-experiment, buti na lang, nakakain pa ang nagiging resulta :D

    hey. thanks for dropping by my blog. anyway, i have a nice name for the squid express. actually, it is a name we use for meals we cook without a recipe. we call these things maskipaps – as in maski papaano. ahaha..

    anyway. i sometimes cook by simultaneously adding ingredients. as long as i know how it tastes i will just put it in!

    tata!

    maskipaps sounds creative.. sikat sa UP yan :) yeah, i think experimenting will enhance your cooking creativity and the feeling is always good especially when you come out with a great-tasting recipe.

    @herb
    sabay sa winter season ang mga kinakain mo ah, hehe

    @peter
    ty. i think the paste from the squid made it look like what you thought of :) but its always good to eat it with tea on the side, hot or cold.

    Dimaks ayaw mo nun…may ganun sha na factor…witchy! hehe but yes the Little Mermaid is one of my favorite Disney animated movies :)

    By the way I would like to share this one…Glady’s Guevarra, I don’t know if you know her but she’s a singer/tv personality, has a business she named Goto Republic. They’re selling different types of Goto. Anyway she calls one of their Gotos “GOTOHELL” kasi spicy yung goto na yun hehe La lang..funny kasi ng name at the same time catchy. So probably everytime somebody orders it and the waiter serves it, sasabihin ng waiter ” Sir, gotohell” hrhrhrhr

    @Prab— hehehe that’s it if they they ursula hehe

    Jan 17th, 2007

    I know GG (not galunggong hehe) :D astig ng goto na yun ah. am sure meron ding “GOTOHEAVEN”, kaya? para tanong ng waiter, sir, maam, “GOTOHEAVEN”?
