Heads up to the comics fans, artists and enthusiasts out there! We got Komikero Publishing and Jonasdiego.com together with Komikero Artist Group and the Graphic Literature Guild, in cooperation with Ultimart of San Pablo City’s Lifestyle landmark and the United Architects of the Philippine (UAP) – San Pablo City Chapter, bringing us the 3rd San Pablo Comics Festival on December 3, 2011. This will be held at the Ultimart Mall (San Pablo City, Laguna), Activity Center, from 9:00 am – 7:00 pm.

Note that on the day before the festival, that is Dec. 2,  an Art Exhibit will be held at the Cinema Area of Ultimart Mall. So, don’t miss this out too. Comes the festival day (December 3, 2011), we got the following activities:

Update: Google Music launched today but only available to US residents at the moment.

Have you had the thought of buying music online via Google? Well, it could be happening by next week when Google finally adds another great tool in its pool of online resources. Google, according to reports is on the fast-track way of putting up Google Music. Several sites hinted that the up coming add-on may have music buying and sharing feature for Google+.

Earlier, Google+ had the creation of pages turned on, now music purchasing and a lot more meaningful form of media sharing emerges. That is, if the prediction hold true.

Moreover, as per statement given by CNET, Google has been negotiating with some key labels including Universal Music Group, Warner Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment, and EMI for its music licensing venture. Although not all of the mentioned major labels have reached terms with the big G, sources hinted that top labels really want Google in the market stream.

Independent labels also flocked to the opportunity of dealing with Google, hence they already got the agreement papers signed.

To continue with the speculations, it is said that Google would let users buy tracks online and be able to share them to their friends in Google+ for 1-time listening. If you can remember, Google did try to launch similar service, though without the capability to buy songs from labels.

You must be very excited about this Google Music coming up. Let’s wait and see as the materials get materialized. Google Music should be a great compliment to one’s social media and networking life with Google+.

This post is something related to a personal hobby back in the high school days. Some years ago, my uncles got hooked to some sort of a small scale entrepreneurship; They contract elementary schools to take care of designing and printing their Physical Education (P.E.) subject uniforms. I helped by doing the task of coming up with relevant artworks for their projects. We got no computers that time, so digital references are good as non-existent. We mostly relied on old school uniform designs, which are mostly very classical or shall we say traditional in form and taste as compared to the designs nowadays. Okay, enough of the background and history! Since I am now a self-professed Internet lurker, finding some cool T-Shirt Designs is not that hard, so to speak. Looking at the samples, I love musical theme. They are just so cool. If I ever plan to own some personalized t-shirts, I would be choosing this particular concept. The World Bodypainting Festival 2011 is an event that started in 1998. It is the most colorful event to take place every year in Austria. It is participated by thousands of art lovers, including various artists from around the world. If luck would grant it, I would love to attend this event for sure.

World Bodypainting Festival 2011 takes place at Pörtschach at the lake Wörthersee near the state capital Klagenfurt. It is a 1-week activity, from June 27 to July 3, 2011.
