A Linkback Project
Posted on 11. Jul, 2008 by dimaks in Blogging
I stumbled upon this linkback project and it looks great so I decided to jump in. Who would not want a boost in their back links?
This is a simple procedure. You might have seen it done elsewhere on a few scarce weblogs. What is different, is that when we reach a certain point on the list, we start yet another one. Instead of one master list and its done, we will repeat the process over and over again, with new folks jumping on board. These backlinks combined with the social networking friends status will affect all areas of search engine algorithms. This List Will Stop At 100, then the next phase will start.
To participate is simple:
- Copy The Post & List below into a blog post of yours.
- Add Your Link to the list at the bottom.
- Comment On the original post at LBP so that I can update the list with your link.
- Make sure the list links and names are in place on your weblog post.
- Digg, Stumble, Tag, and Reddit all of us, spread the word, get more on board.
- Be sure to send them back to The Linkback Project for the updated list.
Update 1: This project is already complete.
Update 2: Due issues pertaining to spam links and such, I regretfully decided to just remove the links that have accumulated here, due to the following reasons:
- Many of the links are already non-operational or have shut down already.
- Many have been idle for so long that no one would think that they would be updated ever.
- Some links are just malicious in nature.
But kudos to the good ones, which made it here. Nothing personal but I decided to effect the erasure of the links to all the participants. Feel free to do so if my blog link made it to your list.
