What is Meralco Liwanag Card

Meralco Liwanag Card is a free of charge privilege card offered by the Manila Electric Company, herein referred to as Meralco. The card is by rule an invitation only, hence only those qualified individuals will receive a notice of invitation and enrollment form. The form must then be returned to Meralco for the necessary processing. Meralco Liwanag Card is non-transferable, therefore only the person whose name appears on the card can avail of the benefits and privileges. Meralco Liwanag Card is coined to the slogan “Privileges in a Whole New Light”.

In brief, the Meralco Liwanag Card offers the following benefits:
- Liwanag express service
- Home master card, SM advantage prestige.
- Electronic bill presentment
- Subscription to current lifestyle magazine
- Gifts anddiscounts at our partner establishments
- Personal accident insurance up to P50,000
- Plus a host of other existing priviledges
Required Documents to Submit other than the Enrollment Form:
Only in the case where the name does not match the account name on the Meralco bill, the respective customers must submit supporting documents to prove ownership of the electric service.
How to Submit the Enrollment Form and Supporting Document:
Once you have secured the required documents for the enrollment in the Meralco Liwanag Card, such papers as well as the enrollment forms must be mailed to Meralco Liwanag Card c/o Meralco Financial Services, P.O. Box 14267, Ortigas Center Post Office, 1605 Pasig City, or fax to: (+632) 632-8189. You may also email the scanned documents to “liwanagcard@meralco.com.ph“.
