For the new voters out there, you may download the COMELEC Registration Form for new voters, fill it up and submit to your respective registration centers authorized by the Philippine Commission on Elections. The registration form is hereby attached as pdf file and is consists of 4 pages.
DOWNLOAD COMELEC REGISTRATION FORM FOR NEW VOTERS
Upon successful download, accomplish the form in 3 copies and print them in legal size bond papers.
Note that you may need to sign up for a free membership to the file hosting site in order to download the form successfully. Or you may go directly to the COMELEC website and download COMELEC Registration Forms.
