And I Combed My Hair 100 Times at Night

I don’t know if its due to stress or food that I ate or shampoo that I used that I’ve experienced hair loss. It made a smooth round patch about the size of a coin. It has been happening almost every year since I embarked on my graduate studies. The last time I had that patch of bald scalp was in 2008. My wife bought me a bottle of virgin coconut oil because she heard that it can prevent hair loss. She massages the oil onto my scalp for at least 30 minutes before having a shower. It looks like it worked because I didn’t have those patches until now.
The hair loss last occurred to me in December 2008 and never had it until 2009 passed. I am still worried though.. it might just come back in sudden. So right now, as preventive measures, I make sure that I massage my scalp properly during shower times, usually when I am applying some treatments or hair spa. I heard that massaging the scalp makes it healthier because the natural nutrients come out and it gives glow to the hair.
Well, have you heard the old superstition that combing your hair 100 times at night gives the miracle of beautiful hair? Funny but I tried and I think it has a scientific explanation to boot. Why? Because combing your hair repeatedly, massages the scalp too.
