The Board Exam for Teachers also known as the Licensure Examination for Teachers (L.E.T.) is fast approaching and will be conducted on September 28, 2008. From my basic knowledge, the Licensure Examination will be taking place all across the Philippine Regions but as of now, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) website displays room assignments listing in two (2) regions only namely National Capital Region (NCR) and Region 4. The categories of the examination are the following:

  • ELEMENTARY
  • AGRICULTURAL AND FISHERY ARTS
  • BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES (BIOLOGY, ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE)
  • BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY
  • ENGLISH AND LITERATURE
  • FILIPINO
  • HOME ECONOMICS
  • INDUSTRIAL ARTS AND RELATED DISCIPLINES
  • MATHEMATICS
  • P.E., HEALTH AND MUSIC
  • PHYSICAL SCIENCES (GEN. SCIENCE, CHEMISTRY, PHYSICS)
  • SOCIAL STUDIES
  • VALUES EDUCATION
