On September 23, The 2008 Corruption Perception Index (CPI) was published by the TRANSPARENCY INTERNATIONAL, The Global Coalition Against Corruption. On Tuesday (Sept. 23),  T-Mobile rolled out Google’s said to be as the anti iPhone in the telecommunication industry line. Made by HTC Corp, the highly anticipated G1 Phone (Google iPhone) is built with a touch-sensitive screen, a computer-like keyboard plus a Wi-Fi connection and running under Google’s new Android OS.
